Hotel Podhradie in Považská Bystrica offers higher standard of accommodation with its sixteen single rooms, eleven double rooms and three studios. There is also a barrier-free studio for disabled guests. An overall capacity of accommodation is 46 fix beds and 7 extra beds. The rooms, bigger than a standard size, come with comfortable beds, a desk, a monitor for connecting mobile applications and a minibar. In each room, there is a small relax corner with a comfortable chair and a small table. In all rooms there is internet access, a safety deposit box /a locker/ and a bath with toilette.

The reception of Hotel Podhradie has 24hours permanent service. The guests check-in is from14.00 p.m. and guest has to leave the room (check-out) by 10.00 a.m. Every guest has a choice of booking breakfast, which is served in the restaurant in the snack counter form. At weekdays breakfast is from 6.30 to 10.00 and at the weekends from 8.00 to 10.00. The price of the breakfast is 8,- € per person.

Every weekday we offer a daily menu to our customers. The advantage is the possibility to combine any soups with any dishes, so that every customer sets up their own daily menu. In our menu, there is a choice of local dishes, Slovak cuisine, and central European cuisine too. In addition to main dishes, we offer a lot of homemade desserts prepared directly in our kitchen. We should not forget to mention the wide range of drinks offered, you can sit here with a cup of quality coffee or a glass of original Slovak wine. Seating comfort is completed with a wide-angle LCD television, WIFI system and the offer of daily newspaper.

Making part of the restaurant, is also a stylish coffee place, a terrace and two lounges. The lounges Cosmopolitan and Patriot, with 10 and 20 seating possibilities, are an ideal place for smaller family gatherings (after graduation, confirmation and baptising family reunions) and also for corporate trainings, presentations and meetings. In the restaurant of Hotel Podhradie, we organize weddings, birthday parties, banquets and corporate parties with capacity up to 100 people. The restaurant and the other areas of Hotel Podhradie are non-smoking.
